Overview
Speakers

The combination of COVID-19 pressure, rapidly changing business models, and the desire for constant management reporting and analytics are causing CFOs to expand their thinking around the way they manage revenue. Businesses are increasingly seeing the value of taking a disciplined and aggressive approach to revenue management at every stage of the contract lifecycle – not just in the areas of revenue recognition.

At the same time, rates of RPA adoption continue to increase as organizations recognize the cost-effectiveness, ease of deployment, and productivity of RPA projects.

In this webinar, finance and technology experts from CFGI and Aptitude Software discuss how to bring RPA and revenue management together in a way that drives maximum business benefits.  The session will cover:

  • The value in expanding revenue management beyond the accounting function to touch on every aspect of the contract lifecycle
  • Real-world examples that demonstrate multiple ways RPA can be used to reduce costs and increase efficiency within the revenue management process
  • Positive KPI impacts and additional business results you can expect from RPA/Revenue Management projects
  • How RPA can accelerate your system implementation capabilities around data and testing.

This webcast will last approximately 60 minutes. Participants may earn one continuing professional education (CPE) credit for this webcast.
