What you'll do

  • The Regional Account and Partner Manager would take responsibility for deepening our relationships and footprint within our existing regional clients and would be responsible for executing a regional partner strategy to deliver partner led growth across the APAC business.
  • Focus on developing commercially fruitful, long-term, trusting and strong relationships with key business executives, partners and stakeholders.
  • Responsible for developing actionable, outcome focused, and logical engagement plans to maximise business opportunities within APAC.
  • Work effectively with cross-functional internal teams (Sales, Partner, Client Success, Marketing, Product, Finance Advisory, Professional Services) to ensure understanding of the end clients’ needs and respond with the appropriate quality of service.
    • Connecting the business and ensuring a feedback loop with our long-term clients and Partners is paramount.
  • Focus on delivering value for the client and Aptitude and to be viewed and regarded as credible and a trusted advisor.
  • Develop long term relationships at all levels within the client and partner base from C-Suite down.
  • Develop Innovative Commercial offerings for on-going Solution support.
  • Own and lead all commercial activity across your accounts.

As the Account and Alliances Manager you will have 2 primary responsibilities;

  • Ensuring 100% client retention, develop annual services and incremental software revenue, renewal (client satisfaction), referrals, reputation and risk mitigation across your assigned client portfolio
  • Deliver Net-new Annual License Fee Revenue through partner led engagements

What we're looking for

The ideal candidate will have the following skills & experience:

  • Previous experience in Account or Partner Management or working within a Finance Consultancy Organisation
  • Knowledge of the functioning and challenges of the enterprise CFO office
  • Knowledge and/or able to demonstrate experience of Finance Transformation Programmes
  • A good understanding of Banking & Insurance, and / or Telecoms markets and their priorities
  • Ability to build partner level relationships with enterprise consultancies, especially the “big four” advisory organisations
  • Experience in creating Strategic Account Plans
  • Ability to support the creation of compelling joint value propositions and successful go-to-market strategies with teams from our strategic Partners
  • Able to juggle multiple engagements at a time, while maintaining meticulous attention to detail with a conscientious mindset
  • Demonstrate exceptional effective listening, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Work well under pressure and commit to deadlines
  • Excellent people skills and intuitive to clients’ business needs
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-level

Additional non-core capabilities

  • Experience working within the Office of Finance in Banking, Telecoms or Insurance or within the Big 4
  • Ability to leverage existing relationships within the Big 4
  • Experience or knowledge of SubLedger Solutions and their value
  • Experience of IFRS Regulatory Programmes

Where you'll be

Singapore with overseas travel.
