What you'll do and what we offer

Your responsibilities will include:

• The main purpose of the role is to work on our financial application software products as a Business Analyst. Operating between the business Product Owners / subject matter experts based in UK and US, and the development teams to gather, analyse and detail product requirements, as well as document and articulate them in an appropriate way for the development team to implement
• You will be working as part of an agile team, participate in and facilitate agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives

What we're looking for

The ideal candidate will have the following skills & experience:

• Commercial experience working in similar role
• Ability to gather requirements
• Independent
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Quick learner with strong analytical skills
• Problem solving and methodical
• Good interpersonal skills
• Resourceful and self-motivated
• Ability to communicate complex logic and rules concisely and clearly
• Advanced all-around computer skills
• University education preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business.

Advantageous Skills:

• Technical awareness/experience working with software development;
• Experience in data analysis using Excel;
• Knowledge of SQL;
• Ability to model UI Forms/Mockups;
• Knowledge and understanding of accounting and finance terms is an advantage
