What you'll do and what we offer

As one of three Engineering Managers reporting to our Engineering Director, you will use your leadership to steer and oversee the day-to-day operations of your team of subject matter experts that include Developers, Dev Ops and QA creating an environment in which your team can deliver against our subscription management product roadmaps and develop their own careers through supported mentoring and coaching.

With a proven track record of managing a similar team in the engineering environment, you will bring your technical expertise, providing hands-on guidance and contributions to a range of technical tasks.

As an eSuite Engineering Manager you will:

  • lead and enable the team to achieve successful delivery of product roadmap items and deliverables that are agreed with the Product Organization.
  • lead by example, guiding and coaching the team to make sure that all our commitments are well-scoped, estimated, planned and completed to time, budget and engineering quality
  • assure that the varied and multiple needs of all internal and external stakeholders are well balanced as you look to create the best experience that captures the needs of our clients, the business, your team and design best practices.
  • keep a close eye on the decision making, risk mitigation and problem-solving processes using your experience to explore how we can continue to make these as effective and efficient as possible to help drive delivery and innovation as we look to reflect the needs of our clients and customers.
  • collaborate and cooperate with your fellow Engineering Managers as you look to exchange information and support one another as you work together to to deliver the product effectively and efficiently.
  • Tech stack we use in eSuite: C#, .Net, Kubernetes, Azure, Cloud, Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
  • We work based on Agile Methodology.

What we're looking for

Ideally, we are looking for a candidate who has a proven track record in driving delivery, innovation and the team as you embed the following experience and skills:

  • hands-on experience in which you can demonstrate your ability to collaborate with other functions including Product as you continue to contribute to the technical tasks as a developer, architect, tester, or within other delivery/engineering domain.
  • Having a synchronization mindset which includes: Stakeholder identification, Making sure the team is properly aligned and connected, Establishing necessary touchpoints.
