What you'll do

As Field Marketing Executive you will work closely with the marketing team and regional sales leaders to identify target customers, generate outbound and inbound leads and nurture those leads through to opportunity stage, supporting the sales process. You will put in place the necessary campaign and marketing tactics required to engage with target markets and nurture relationships with current and future clients. You will monitor the pipeline, conversion rates and lead-to-sales process, identifying opportunities for improvement, whilst working closely with the rest of the marketing team, the sales team and partner team to coordinate marketing activities and report on results.

What we're looking for

The ideal candidate will have the following skills & experience:

  • Ability to take ownership for Aptitude Software’s target accounts and contacts in specific regions, industries or other segments: can segment prospects by region, industry, area of interest, and other parameters to define ways that the company can attract, engage and deepen relationships with our target accounts, use productive date on target companies and contacts, and develop client personas and account qualification criteria
  • Ability to drive engagement with target accounts, strategic accounts and contacts, partnering with content and product marketing and sales to define achievable ways to engage target market, online and offline and creating outbound and inbound campaigns and nurture processes to generate and develop leads
  • Use sales support skills to drive the Lead Generation to Lead Qualification process (MGL to MQL), with experience in prospecting to companies via cold calling, email, marketing campaigns, social selling to support the conversion
  • Has experience utilizing industry knowledge to research & develop accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and identify compelling events, and the ability to build relationships via appropriate interactions with prospects.
  • Can generate new business opportunities to fuel Aptitude Software’s Pipeline and Growth, with demonstrated experience in using CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Hubspot) and other tools to manage campaigns from end to end
  • Data-driven with the ability to independently work to monthly, quarterly and yearly targets tracking and reporting on indicative metrics and outcomes; can understand and sustain knowledge of our target markets and Aptitude value propositions
  • Creativity to produce marketing collateral to drive engagement with target audiences: can assist in the development of marketing and sales enablement assets including sales presentations, blogs, FAQs and other marketing and sales content.
  • Experience in raising own profile and that of Aptitude Software on LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and other relevant 3rd party platforms.
  • Experience in events and trade shows.
