What you'll do and what we offer

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Tracking licenses expiry dates, assuring all being reviewed on timely manner and cautious decisions (to extend, cancel) done on time
  • Analyzing licensing needs based on input from business owners
  • Ensuring compliance with T&C and Software Asset Management Policy
  • Negotiating prices with external vendors, proactively looking for cost optimization options
  • Raising purchase orders, allocating costs, supporting budget adherence
  • Supporting with any purchases (e.g. office related, new office)
  • Collaboration & dialogue with the engineering director, engineering manager and/or license users (if needed) around existing licenses and new purchases

What we're looking for

Ideally, you will have the following experience and skills:

  • English: B2 or higher
  • Attention to details
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Structured approach to work
  • Proficiency into MS Office, specifically Excel
  • Basic skills with ERP software, e.g. NetSuite
  • Willingness to work in a group
  • Data collection, aggregation and management skills
