Our IT team in Wroclaw is growing to support our international user base as it grows. You will be joining an established IT team during interesting projects where we consolidate our networks, Active Directory Domains, and strengthening security controls as part of our journey to Cloud.  Most of the users are developers and other technical staff, so an understanding of CI/CD concepts and infrastructure, as well as appreciation of programming and development would be beneficial.

This is a good opportunity for an IT System Admin or Engineer to get involved in a wide range of interesting technologies within a technology company.


What you’ll do

The key responsibilities are:

  • Support the IT and CI/CD infrastructure for our users – maintaining and provisioning systems and enterprise applications using VMware virtualisation, Active Directory, AzureAD, O365 and other line of systems and business applications.
  • Work with users and IT team across the company to approach problems with innovation and an open mind, researching solutions that are technically and commercially the best value for the business, in turn building a reputation as a trusted advisor.
  • Work closely with the Security team on identifying and mitigating confidentiality, integrity and availability risks where possible by impelemting security measures and solutions.

What we’re looking for

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, attributes & experience:

  • Virtualisation (VMware / vCenter)
  • Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure)
  • Windows and Linux Server administration
  • Networking/Firewall/Switches/Wireless
  • Willingness to develop in these areas
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting technical problems
  • Very good spoken and written English

 

Advantageous Skills:.

  • Development CI/CD infrastructure administration
  • Storage arrays (SAN)
  • Oracle ASM and Oracle Databases
  • Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM/BYOD)
  • Security: Encryption, Enpoint Protection, vulnerability remediation
  • Knowledge and implementation experience of IT best practices such as ITIL, Cobit.
