What you’ll do

  • Managing the whole process of hiring top talent for our Innvation Center office in Wrocław.
  • Looking for the best candidates via all available recruitment channels.
  • Conducting the end-to-end recruitment process for open hires ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Direct sourcing, screening, interviewing qualified candidates, negotiation and offering process.
  • Working closely with line managers, learining and understanding their hiring needs.
  • Working with specialist recruitment agencies to build a strong pool of quality candidates.
  • Working closely with the regional HR team and the Marketing team whenever needed.
  • Tracking data for reporting purposes.

What we’re looking for

  • 1+ years of commercial experience in recruitment, preferably for IT roles.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner.
  • Can coordinate multiple recruitment processes at the same time.
  • Experience with direct sourcing from Linkedin and job boards.
  • Ability to use of social media.
  • Good IT skills, including proficiency in HR Systems, MS Word and Excel.
  • Good working knowledge of recruitment practices and rules.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to adept at managing a changing environment.
  • Ability to complete regular and ad hoc HR and system administration tasks as required, with support.
  • Advanced in English language (verbally and written).
  • A friendly, energetic, passionate and accountable approach to recruitment and working within a close-knit team.
