What you'll do

The main role is First Line Support (FLS) for all of the software products which Aptitude Software produces. FLS is a customer-focussed role, which involves logging calls and ensuring they progress to completion while keeping clients updated. The role will involve:

  • Ensure FLS processes are followed and client Service Level Agreements are met.
  • Responding to support requests from clients, partners, and consultants.
  • Own assigned calls through to resolution.
  • Attend issue escalation calls with clients.
  • Liaise with FLS teams in Boston and Poland.
  • Liaise with Second Line Support teams in Boston and Poland.
  • Liaise with Third Line Support teams in California and Poland.
  • Liaise with support management in Boston and Poland.
  • Maintain client relationships in conjunction with Aptitude Software account managers, and prepare client reports.
  • The role will comprise a 37.5 hour week based in Aptitude’s London office. Work hours will be standard 09:00 – 17:30, with the following exceptions:
  • on a 4 week rota, Monday 07:00 – 09:00 work from home, with the remaining hours in the office.
  • on a 4 week rota, Friday 10:00 – 18:30 in the office.

Occasional coverage of weekday Public Holidays may be required.

What we're looking for

  • Educated to degree level or similar.
  • Some programming experience.
  • Understanding of relational databases.
