What you'll do and what we offer

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Owning QA Strategy of Product Portfolio in alignment with the company’s overall objectives
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior management on quality-related issues and opportunities for improvement
  • Acting as a Mentor and Guru in the Testing domain and share your knowledge within and outside the testing community
  • Researching solutions (tools, platforms, frameworks, etc.) to improve test efficiency, such as automation solutions for functional, regression, and performance testing
  • Researching solutions to improve system stability, including online system capacity testing, monitoring system construction, CI/CD pipeline, Chaos engineering
  • Identifying quality risks and efficiency bottlenecks, formulate reasonable improvement goals and solutions and facilitate implementation
  • Leading the design, implementation, and delivery of test solutions using new or existing technologies that test major portions of software (e.g., significant component, set of features, applications or services) for large-scale, critical, and/or highly complex software
  • Establish proper metrics and regulary report on them, contribute to company OKRs
  • Provide guidance and oversight to a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring their continued growth and development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, customer success, to ensure seamless integration of quality assurance processes

What we're looking for

The ideal candidate will have the following skills & experience:

  • Quality Assurance & Testing background
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in test automation and test process management
  • Extensive knowledge of Java, GIT
  • Familiar with the following tools: Junit5, Rest Assured, Test Containers, Jest, Playwright, Pact, Mockito, WireMock
  • Working knowledge of Continuous Integration best practices, in particular declarative Jenkins pipelines, build Artifact repositories
  • Working knowledge of Containers and Kubernetes
  • Working knowledge of AWS or Azure
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English (professional proficiency)
  • Excellent team player
