What you’ll do

The key responsibilities are:

  • Line management of a multi-discipline team of L1/L2 analysts, technical + functional consultants, as well as leads on different seniority levels
  • Accommodate rapid and dynamic growth of the organization and define the future structure
  • Delight clients by providing an outstanding best-in-class service that translates into high satisfaction scores and clients becoming referenceable.
  • Provide ongoing feedbacks, performance reviews, career development as per company policies
  • Ownership of team and individual performance based on agreed indicators
  • Identify improvements to processes, workflow, patterns of work activity
  • Work closely with other managers/leads and SDM’s to guarantee alignment and agree actions
  • Foster and nurture synergies with other internal departments
  • Allocate resources based on current and future demands
  • Recruit resources to accommodate future SMS growth / new client contracts
  • Escalation point with regards to SMS operations across clients and products
  • Provide management reports, statistics and other information allowing to take informed decisions
  • Liaise with client stakeholders and builds trusted relationships with clients

What we’re looking for

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, attributes & experience:

  • Broad experience in a software/product organization in an international setting
  • Broad experience leading mid/large-size teams with different seniority levels (junior-senior-lead)
  • Goal driven and result oriented
  • Fluent command of English in order to digest a variety of business contexts and cooperate with different levels of stakeholders internally and externally
  • High degree of empathy, active listening, ease of communication
  • Improvement mindset critical thinker, challenger
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks/assignments
  • Prior experience working in software products industry
  • Understanding of Finance & Accounting concepts
  • Service Management qualifications (i.e. ITIL Foundation and higher)
  • Project management qualifications (i.e. Prince2 Foundation)
