What you’ll do:
The Partner Executive/Associate will provide support, co-ordination and monitoring for the Aptitude Software (‘Aptitude’) Global Partner programme, increasing the scalability and effectiveness of the partner team.
The Partner Executive/Associate will be responsible for creating a central hub to monitor and co-ordinate global partner related activities undertaken by the International Sales and Partner teams. To achieve, you must be able to create and interpret reporting dashboards that accurately assess the health and viability of regional partnerships and go-to-markets. You will contribute to communication plans, tactics, and ensure that content is utilised and distributed appropriately to our different audience types. In addition, this role will also provide marketing and coordination support.
A Partner Executive/Associate must be able to consistently support Aptitude’s agenda and strategy for the Partner programme. It is essential that you proactively communicate concise and relevant information to the appropriate people and teams in a timely manner.
You will be expected to focus on the important and be driven to consistently deliver value outcomes for Aptitude Software, its Partners, and its strategic goals.

What we're looking for
What we’re looking for:
Ideally, you will have the following experience and skills:
- Experience working in the Technology, Media and Publishing sector
- Experience of working into the Subscription Economy i.e. OTT, SVOD, Digital Publishing
- Previous demonstrable experience in Partner Management
- Understanding of how to operate in global partner program managing multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to effectively interface with regional sales managers to assist them in achieving goals in line with the overall go-to-market strategy
- Ability to build and execute on a partner territorial/regional plan, including action plans for specific strategic (Tier 1) partners
- Ability to work effectively within teams, especially virtual teams
- Excellent communications skills at all levels, both written and verbal. The ability to present effectively is a must.
- Able to work in a structured and programmatic fashion to achieve short term objectives
- Ability to work independently to accomplish defined goals
- A fast learner who absorbs information and training materials quickly and efficiently
- Able to juggle multiple engagements at a time, while maintaining meticulous attention to detail with a conscientious mindset
- You must have good time management skills and have the ability to prioritise your workload effectively.
- Able to effectively manage the Aptitude global partner sales enablement portal and ensure information is accurate and reliable
- Basic reporting and dashboarding skills within Salesforce
- Ability to provide support for marketing events, campaigns and seek out other marketing activities to which you can contribute
- Demonstrate an understanding of the competitive environment where Aptitude plays, in particular relation to the eSuite product
