What you'll do and what we offer

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition Team at Aptitude Software. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for attracting top talent to support our company’s growth and success.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting the end-to-end recruitment process for open hires ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience for all applicants.
  • Leading the offer process and skillfully negotiating employment terms.
  • Coordinating multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, maintaining a high level of organization and communication with all key stakeholders who are invested in the recruitment process.
  • Working closely and in collaboration with line managers as you use your skills, knowledge and expertise to understand their hiring needs.
  • Working closely with the People & Culture Team and the Marketing Team.
  • Working with external Partners, whenever needed.
  • Tracking data for reporting purposes.
  • Fostering a friendly, energetic, and accountable team environment, contributing to the global People and Culture team’s overall success.
  • Delivering an exceptional candidate experience as you strive to deliver a clear and positive end to end recruitment journey.
  • Utilizing various sourcing methods to attract top talent in often difficult to fill roles as you identify, deliver a high-quality candidate pipeline which where possible provides directly sourced candidates to fill vacancies.
  • We’ll look to you to stay informed when it comes to the latest recruitment news and trends as we look for you to positively influence and enhance our recruitment strategies.

What we're looking for

Ideally, you will have the following experience and skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, specifically within the UK market.
  • Demonstrated experience in recruiting for FinTech positions.
  • Experience with different sourcing methods.
  • Experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidates.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers, team members and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage several recruitment projects concurrently.
  • A genuine interest in the IT industry.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest recruitment news, trends and best practices.
  • Experience with the Australian and USA markets is desirable but not essential.
