What you’ll do

The key responsibilities are:

  • Working as a part of a diversified team to prepare frameworks and automated processes used by product teams
  • Write, develop and maintain automated test scripts to ensure maximum coverage, quality and scalability
  • Concentrate on increasing the test coverage of all types of tests (front-end, back-end, security)
  • Propose new automated testing solutions and develop current ones
  • Build, update and maintain CI/CD Jenkins pipeline
  • Manage test environments, build automation processes, use of cloud technologies
  • Be Java oriented and further develop the Test Automation Frameworks following best practice
  • Perform analysis of failed tests. Report bugs.
  • Maintain open communication with product teams that use created test frameworks
  • Share your knowledge within and outside the testing community
  • Act autonomously suggesting and implementing improvements and promoting the need to automate tests & processes
  • Act as a mentor and Guru in the Testing domain

What we’re looking for

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, attributes & experience:

  • Quality Assurance & Testing background
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in test automation and test process management
  • Experience with Java-oriented testing frameworks (e.g. TestNG, Selenium, Rest-Assured)
  • Continuous Integration knowledge – server-side & configuration (Jenkins)
  • Strong technical knowledge, including scripting, Linux, Docker
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English (professional proficiency)
  • Self-sufficiency, proactivity and responsibility for assigned tasks
  • Excellent team player


Advantageous Skills:

  • Security testing knowledge
  • Working knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes
  • ISTQB certification
  • Experience of using JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint
