Delivery Guidance

From project start to go-live, the CoE provides guidance and support for Aptitude consultants as well as client and partner personnel. This reduces project risk and allows CoE SMEs to steer the project teams away from issues seen on other projects. The CoE can also provide expedited resolutions on issues or complex areas of a project, ensuring teams adhere to project timelines.

Project Accelerators

The CoE builds and advises on re-usable components and project accelerators that can help shorten implementation times and reduce risk. These include but are not limited to: task level project plans, RACI Matrices, Scope & Analysis templates, configuration guides, Design templates, database and hardware sizing models, API interface definition documents and Chart of account templates.
