Client Experience

Our relationship-driven Client Experience teams listen closely and act thoughtfully to solve our client pain points during and after the sales cycle. Client Experience also includes our Professional Services team. They bring deep finance and technical expertise to solution implementations and quickly become a trusted extension to onsite finance teams, many of whom opt to use our Assure Solution Support following a completed implementation.

Corporate Functions

Our corporate functions – People and Culture, Finance and Commercial and Buisness Technology are the backbone of Aptitude. They keep our organization running smoothly and ensure the best experiences for our team members, customers, vendors and broader stakeholders.

Marketing & Growth

Our global marketing team is made up of innovative writers, web and graphic designers, digital gurus and brand champions. Together they capture what’s special about Aptitude, create compelling user journeys and communicate how our software solutions make a difference.

Go To Market

Our Go To Market team includes Sales, Solution Consultants, Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and our Alliances team. Together this team evangalizes our products, bringing them alive, with the help of our partners, to our target markets. This team is dynamic, innovative and the relationships they are building are crucial to our growth goals.

Our recruitment process

One of our Talent Acquisition Partners will reach out to you to set up a call to get to know you and discuss the role and your experience. They’ll walk you through the process and answer any questions.

Next you can typically expect an additional two to three rounds of interviews. You’ll have the opportunity to meet your future Manager, some colleagues from your team and occasionally other stakeholders.

Our interviews are nice and easy! You can expect behavioral questions that reflect the most important aspects of the role. If needed, we’ll invite you to a technical interview or ask that you prepare a presentation, provide us a sample of work or complete a logic test. Nothing surprising and nothing tricky – our aim is to close the recruitment process as soon as possible.
