His work as international chair of the ISO Technical Committee 176 (owner of 23 management system standards, including the leading global standard ISO 9001 – Quality Management Standard, and ISO 9004 – Quality of an Organization: Guidance for achieving sustained success) informs his work at HSO and with customers.  Beyond this, Jeff advises customers how to efficiently manage information and improving forecasts, whether budgeting and financial planning, S&OP, demand planning, supply chain, logistics or production planning.
