Overview

New challenges require new ways of leading. However, the human instinct to pattern match means that we have been stuck with the same homogenous picture when we think of business leadership. This limits our chances to benefit from the diverse leadership styles that can help us tackle today’s big problems.

Our roundtable discussion will focus on the unique capabilities of female leaders and dig into how panelists are using their attributes and experiences to tackle business challenges and harness opportunities. Finally, we’ll discuss how these women are working to change the vision of what leadership looks like.

Who should watch:

Regardless of your career stage or gender, you’ll walk away with valuable advice on how to rise through the ranks and achieve your professional goals.

Jamie Schultheis
Senior Director of Media Partnerships, Bombora

Seize the data; a mantra Jaime has proclaimed for decades but is even more relevant for publishers today. Jaime began her career in database marketing with a company that partnered with publishers to hone and perfect their database marketing strategies. After 13 years of consulting with publishers, she joined a consortium of publishers owned by Tribune, Hearst, McClatchy, and Gannett, focused on increasing national advertising revenue with a collective scale from the top 30 markets in the United States.

With two decades of publishing experience, Jaime joined Bombora in 2021 as Senior Director of Media Partnerships, where she works with over 5000 publishers around the globe to harness the power of their first-party data, offer scalable solutions for even the most niche publications, and leverage intent data at scale to claim more of the six billion dollars spent in B2B advertising every year.
