What you'll do and what we offer

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operate effectively in CI/CD environment (Jenkins)
  • Write and improve Jenkins pipelines
  • Identify areas for improvement of current CI solution and processes and drive changes towards more automation, better quality and shorter delivery time
  • Improve our test automation framework (TAF) written in Java
  • Support and participate in tasks automation and build automation tools
  • Support deploying core product, database, web services, and integration(s) in cloud
  • Support release process and tools, evolving towards DevOps
  • Cloud service monitoring
  • Cloud infrastructure costs tracking/management
  • Vulnerability management
  • Work in Agile development methodology as part of a multi-disciplined team

What we're looking for

The ideal candidate will have the following skills & experience:

  • Working knowledge of the following tools & technologies:

              –  tools supporting CI/CD (i.e., GIT, Jenkins)

               – Cloud environments e.g., AWS, Azure

               – Docker

  • Experience in scripting and automation tools and techniques (Gradle, Groovy and Jenkinsfile)
  • Familiarity with Windows and Linux based systems and technologies
  • Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools, e.g., Grafana, Amazon CloudWatch
  • Knowledge of security principles, techniques, and tools
  • Ability to exchange the knowledge and willingness to learn, propose and try in practise new ideas
  • Ability to work within a geographically separated team
  • Sense of humour and strong interpersonal, teamwork and problem-solving skills
  • Very good spoken and written English (ideally B2 or above)

Advantageous Skills:

  • Experience in non-functional testing (performance, load, resilience)
  • Ability to develop, implement and maintain financial applications using SQL, PL/SQL and Oracle APEX
  • Knowledge of Oracle DB and SQL and PL/SQL
  • Experience in Agile development lifecycle
  • Experience of using JIRA (or equivalent tools)
  • Knowledge from finance area
