Partnerships are a strategic growth driver for us and as we expand, alliances with system integrators, technology partners, and channels will be key to creating demand, building credibility, and accelerating new logo acquisition.
As a Partner Marketing Manager, you’ll unlock the full potential of our ecosystem by creating and executing joint go-to-market initiatives. You will collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders to design programs that extend our reach, strengthen our message, and deliver measurable pipeline.
What Success Looks Like
You maximize the impact of partnerships by:
Elevating the partner marketing function to be a strategic growth driver – focusing on pipeline creation, joint demand generation, and intentional planning with partners.
Define and execute partner marketing cross-channel campaigns that align with Aptitude’s growth priorities and deliver measurable impact.
Driving measurable partner-sourced pipeline contribution and reporting on impact.
Building compelling joint value propositions and messaging with partners.
Designing and delivering co-marketing campaigns (events, content, digital, ABM) that generate leads and opportunities.
Strengthening partner enablement with tailored content, playbooks, and training.
Developing trusted relationships internally and externally to ensure joint success.

Acting as a connector between sales, product, and marketing teams.

Where you’ll be:
Whilst this role is based from our Boston office, we support hybrid working
To us at Aptitude, hybrid working means that our employees come together for 2-days per week at their local office. It’s an opportunity for our teams to collaborate, solve problems together and to be engaged and involved in the wider community of our business.
We ask employees to come into the office every Wednesday and give you the flexibility to choose your other day from either Tuesday or Thursday.
4–6 years’ experience in partner, channel, or alliance marketing within B2B SaaS or technology.
Strong track record of building and executing joint go-to-market campaigns.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in pipeline management and reporting.
Excellent relationship management and collaboration skills.
Ability to translate partner needs into joint demand generation opportunities.
Creative thinker with strong execution discipline.
