The case for expanding the use of Aptitude Software’s subscription management platform, eSuite, from the UK and Republic of Ireland (ROI) to Specsavers global entities.

eSuite is currently delivering results for Specsavers UK and ROI:

  • Subscription billing engine: eSuite powers Specsavers’ CLSP program in the UK and Republic of Ireland, ensuring seamless recurring payments for contact lens subscriptions.
  • In-store and online convenience: Customers can sign up for subscriptions in-store or online, with eSuite automating payment collection and direct debit processes.
  • Streamlined ordering: Phase 2 introduces online sign-ups via direct debit, eliminating the need for customers with a valid prescription to return to the store.
  • Future expansion: Plans are underway to offer repeatable subscriptions with debit and credit card options, more payment methods and additional functionalities.
