What you'll do
As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for creating long-term, trusting and strategic relationships with your clients to ensure 100% client retention and incremental software revenue across your assigned client portfolio. You will own a portfolio of assigned clients and maintain mutual long term commercially fruitful relationships with key business executives and stakeholders in these accounts.
With a strong background in client success and/or strategic account management, you will be responsible for developing actionable, outcome focused and logical client success management plans to maximize opportunities within your clients through repeatable upselling and cross selling techniques aligned with the clients’ requirements. These will need to be effectively implemented across your clients to unveil and drive value and client satisfaction. Your plans will be focused on client retention and satisfaction, referrals, reputation, risk mitigation and commercial client account expansion.
As Client Success Manager, you will also act as the client advocate and will work effectively with cross-functional internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance Advisory, Professional Services) to ensure understanding of the clients’ needs and respond with the appropriate quality of service. Connecting the business and ensuring a feedback loop with our long-term clients is paramount.
Ultimately, you will be responsible for owning, leading and taking responsibility for agreed commercial activity across your accounts, and accountable for your allocated accounts’ client successes and ideal outcomes.
We are flexible as to where in the US you are based; if you are not commutable to our Boston office, you will be home-based. You will be required (in future) to undertake some travel to clients and the office.
