What you'll do and what we offer

Role Overview: Step into a pivotal role in our People and Culture team as a People Operations Advisor. This position is designed for professionals with a foundational background in HR administration, ready to apply their experience to support and enhance our employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding Facilitation: Lead the onboarding process for new hires, leveraging your HR experience to ensure a smooth and welcoming start.
  • Office Management: Oversee our Manchester office’s environment, ensuring it remains a productive and engaging space.
  • HR Support: With the support and through partnership with our People Partners, you will be the first point of contact for general enquiries relating to basic immigration and employment practices and policies as you develop your knowledge to ensure compliance and be the initial support for our employee benefits schemes.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy of HR system data and assist in report generation for decision-making.

What we're looking for

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years in HR administration, with a focus on onboarding and employee support.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and adept at data management.
  • Growth Mindset: A passion for HR and a desire to further develop your expertise in the field.
  • Communication: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with an emphasis on precision and clarity.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work effectively within a team in a dynamic environment.
