What you'll do and what we offer

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Design a scalable Finance Digitization SaaS platform (Product) that will be running on AWS and Azure, enabling lowest possible TCO.
  • Work on a technical roadmap of a Product to ensure Product scalability, maintainability and extensibility.
  • Document current as well as planned architecture of a Product.
  • Being actively involved in assisting Product Owners in defining non-functional requirements of the Product.
  • Prepare high level materials for designs needed for efficient forecasting to properly plan Product roadmap.
  • Identify, evaluate and develop solutions for functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Assist development teams in implementing and delivering both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Communicate all concepts and guidelines to product and engineering teams
  • Being up to date with software technologies and trends
  • Defining all technical aspects of software development from appropriate technology to coding standards

What we're looking for

Ideally, you will have the following experience and skills:

  • Well versed in internet architectures, including web, application, and database components
  • Strong understanding of microservices and microfrontends architecture principles.
  • Hands on experience as a web developer, with expertise in Angular, Telerik Kendo UI for Angular, and Java.
  • Hands on experience with Design System libraries and RESTful API development.
  • Proficiency in testing frameworks such as Jest, Playwright, or similar tools, with a focus on ensuring code quality and reliability.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire team members.

Advantageous Skills:.

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL).
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
  • Hands on experience with React.js.
  • Experience with Micronaut, Spring Boot, Quarkus.

  • Whilst this role is based from our Wroclaw office, we support hybrid working
