What you’ll do

The key responsibilities are:

  • Working in a diverse team to test changes to Components – common modules used by other products
  • Concentrate on increasing the test coverage of both the front- and back-end of individual components
  • Automate designed back-end & front-end test scenarios using the Java Test Automation Framework and Selenium based framework respecitvely
  • Build, update and maintain CI/CD Jenkins pipeline
  • Be Java oriented and further develop the Test Automation Frameworks following best practice
  • Perform analysis of failed tests
  • Report bugs
  • Maintain open communication with product teams that use components
  • Maintain and update test cases based on continuous feedback
  • Communicate the results of tests & analysis back to the project team
  • Share your knowledge within and outside the testing community
  • Act autonomously suggesting and implementing improvements and promoting the need to automate tests & processes

What we’re looking for

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, attributes & experience:

  • Quality Assurance & Testing background
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in test automation and test process management
  • Knowledge of Java and practical use of tools such as TestNG, DBUnit, Spring
  • Knowledge of test automation frameworks, including Selenium
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Self-sufficiency, proactivity and responsibility for assigned tasks
  • Excellent team player

Advantageous Skills:

  • Continuous Integration knowledge (Jenkins)
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and Cloud (AWS)
  • ISTQB certification
  • Experience of using JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint
