What you'll do
As the Vice President, Alliances for our International region comprising EMEA and APAC (VP, International Alliances), you will strategise, deliver on, create deep relationships with and manage incremental revenue growth in Aptitude’s strategic partner objectives and results across chosen markets and regions.
Reporting into the International CEO, you will be responsible for setting, driving and evolving the Aptitude partner programme to deliver growing revenues we would otherwise not reach or realise, while ensuring alignment with all internal stakeholders and growing Aptitude brand equity within the partner community.
As VP, International Alliances you will identify, plan, build and nurture external relationships with the most influential senior Partner contacts. You will be a brand ambassador and responsible for facilitating and managing successful, committed joint go-to-market plans with all our strategic partners across our markets.
You will develop and maintain effective relationships with your colleagues across Aptitude’s Senior Leadership, Product, Finance Advisory, Sales and Delivery teams. You will, with clear commercial goals and milestones, design, build and manage an effective International partner team valued both internally and by our partners. You will work with the Senior Leadership and Product teams to identify and shape technology partnerships to achieve our strategic goals.
As well as nurturing your own skills and knowledge, you will be expected to encourage your team’s personal development and be mindful of the importance of celebrating the successes and milestones of your team.
The role is contractually office based although a hybrid approach is welcomed. Travel (in-country and/or overseas) will be required.
